Will is a graduate Sports Therapist and joined the ºÚÁÏÍø in 2026 as an Associate Lecturer. He is currently providing maternity cover for the academic year 2026/27. Will has a passion for learning and teaching and enjoys sharing his knowledge and expertise with students of all ages and backgrounds.
Will has a background working as a Climbing and Outdoor Sports Instructor before re-training as a Sports Therapist. He has extensive experience working in multi-sports and private clinical settings including; Trauma and Orthopaedics, Worcester Wolves Basketball Club, Luctonians Rugby Football Club, Cheltenham Town Football Club Academy, as well as working with regional competitive swimmers, long distance athletes, heavy weightlifters, gym instructors, snowboarders and skiers.

Teaching Interests
Will enjoys teaching all aspects of Sports Therapy including:
- Functional Anatomy
- Vertebral Assessment and Joint Mobilisations
- Examination and Assessment (E&A) – Injuries and Illness
- Electrotherapy and Taping
- Clinical Practice
Research Interests
Will completed his MSc research project titled: ‘A RCT Comparing the Efficacy of Massage versus Percussive Therapy for Increasing Hamstring Flexibility in an Asymptomatic Population’.
His undergraduate study was titled ‘The Efficacy of SNAGS vs Nerve Flossing on Increasing Hamstring Flexibility and Pain Pressure Threshold in an Asymptomatic Population'.
